Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again

Location was excellent,close to city center by 15 to 20 min walk.it had parking which was very convinient.staff was very helpfull and kind. Gabe us information about the erea and booked us place at resturants for diner.mostly recomended

My bad for not purchasing the parking before I got there. The address from the web site to the property did not work because of the one way streets but we got there. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and it was such a great location to walk to all the things we wanted to see.

I will be back

My visit to this Hotel was extremely good. The staff were very friendly, courteous and informative to my needs, especially with regards to the on-site parking which saved me a fortune. The location for Strasbourg was good, as it was close to the centre which made my trip far easier. The rooms were clean, well serviced and comfortable. The breakfast was good, food selection catered for everyone, just what I needed.

Hotel is nicely situated, within walking distance to the Christmas market and shops. I loved the design of the rooms and the old world charm with modern conveniences. Hotel staff kindly provided us with recommended restaurants near by and made a dinner reservation on our behalf before we arrived at the hotel. Some family members didn’t find the beds comfortable but I think it comes down to personal preference. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
