Content with our stay

A very cosy hotel, the best breakfast selection I have seen in this segment. Although not in the walking district to the city, tram is available at an moderate distance. Just would recommend not to accept crowded tours during the holiday season. I think they can easily fill the hotel with independent tourists like us. If not these groups create annoying noice at the reception. We are overall very pleased to make this hotel choice

Service at front desk was excellent. Room was acceptable although lacked any little amenities, no fridge, no tea/coffee. The pillows on the bed were awful. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Swimming pool not open in the mornings at all which meant we could not use it at all.

Great hotel but disappointing on several fronts

7Hotel&Spa is a great hotel that has many amenities. Sadly (contrary to how it appears on the Hotels.com page, several are only available if we pay extra). That is the case for the jacuzzi, the Hamam, and the pool inside the hotel). There is a pool available along with an exercise room in a building 200 m away. However, since the pool is only available when classes are not taking place, it does not leave much time for its use for simple hotel clients like us. I made a reservation that included breakfast (with Screenshot of the room I reserved with breakfast with the price I paid) but, somehow, it did not show on the Hotels.com reservation. I stood my ground and the attendant finally accepted that I do not pay a second time for breakfast. I loved the hotel but did not have a great experience.

Le personnel est très professionnel. Nous avions oublié une montre et nous avons été appelé pour nous prévenir. Celle-ci avait été mis en sécurité par le personnel. Merci beaucoup. L’espace spa est aussi très agréable et bien entretenu.

Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Sauberes Hotel. 15 min Fußweg zur Bahnstation. Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass der Spa-Bereich extra zu zahlen ist, wenn man nicht direkt über das Hotel bucht; €15,00 pro Person für max 2 h, wenn man den Aufenthalt über ein Buchungsportal bucht.

An der Zufahrtsbeschränkungsanlage haben sich schon viele Fahrzeuge entweder den Unterboden aufgerissen oder die Begrenzungen geschrammt, das macht sie Anreise gerade mit größerem Fahrzeug erwchwerlich. Die Möbel gehören dringend getauscht, zerschlissenes Kunstleder schaut einfach ungepflegt aus.

Personnel très accueillant, décoration moderne aussi bien à l’entrée qu’au niveau de l’espace repas et du spa. La chambre était jolie, même si quelques rénovations seraient à envisager. Côté spa, l’eau était un peu fraîche à mon goût, le spa était malheureusement fermé, et l’espace repos manquait d’une ambiance tamisée à cause d’un éclairage trop fort. Petit-déjeuner vraiment très bien, avec de belles surprises comme du houmous et du guacamole.
