"Great location and stay"

"Hotel is very beautifully location with sight to the village mountains and the room we stayed was spacious and clean. We arrived rather late so it was bit hard to be sure where to park, but did finally checked in and parked car. Nice breakfast and the manager lady and front desk was frie3dly and professional, we had great time at Triberg to buy those clocks and stuff for friends at home...... if we go tehr again, we will stay this hotel again."

"Hotel fantastique ,le problème nous avions pris une pension complète. L'hôtel indiquait une arrivée a partir de 16 heures. J ai envoyé un e-mail pour demander comment bénéficier de la pension complète pas de réponse de l hôtel .A notre arrivée à 17h on nous a indiqué qu il fallait venir à 13h pour pouvoir profiter de la pension complète Ils se sont excusés pour l absence de réponse mais n ont pas proposé de compensations"

"I've stayed at Europa Hotel for over 10 years but the standard is unfortunately going down, despite increasing prices. The latest: self check-in (and check-out), room cleaning only upon request and canned (v. fresh) fruit for breakfast. "

Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel. Stay at Rebstock hotel was really good and the service was really good. "

"Im Wohngebiet gelegen und fühlt sich eher wie Feriendorf an als wie ein großes Hotel. Familiäre, aber zugleich professionelle Atmosphäre. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Pool, Sauna, Frühstück im Preis enthalten. Tipp: Halbpension buchen!"

"Great place to stay for Europa Park! Decent sized rooms and very comfy. "

"Set in an isolated location in the Black Forest, this Guest House was one of the best we had ever stayed in. Yes, you need a car to find it, but its worth it. On arrival, the car park was full by locals who were using the restuarant that had an excellent reputation. Greeted by the owner who showed us to our room. It was very large and had a seating area and bedroom. The only critism I have was that there was no kettle, coffee etc. Would I recommend this Guest House, most definately."

"It was really enjoyable and the receptionists were very welcoming and happy to help all the time. If staying here but plan to go to Strasbourg get the DB navigator app to buy bus tickets as transport was hard to navigate without it"
