「What a view!! This room has no air conditioning but would definitely go back. I don't like cold air blasting, so it was not inconvenient for me. The view from my room was so comforting and nice to sit in the balcony enjoying it all even for a short stay. I took a short walk after dinner and very relaxing and quiet town. 「Ein wirklich tolles 5-Sterne-Hotel! Der Service war exzellent, das Zimmer komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie kleine Unstimmigkeiten beim Check-in, könnten noch optimiert werden, aber das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!」

「The Hotel is located at the heart of the City.Very friendly Staff, Animal friendly hotel with free treats at the reception.Our Dog is also allowed to come at breakfast. Free mini-Bar ( Bier, Coke, water and juice ) that was really generous from the hotel…..At the reception their was a free Croissants, Bretzel and lemon Water….Parking is for €12 a day and just around the corner 100-200m distance…..」

「Can't receive wifi on the bed but it is great on the sofa and Lobby. When you take a shower the water suddenly cold for 10 second then remain normal and then suddenly hot for 10 second. You need to take a fast shower in this hotel. 「Super freundlicher Service, fantastisches Essen, gutes Zimmer und ideale Lage für tolle Spaziergänge und Wanderungen auch mit Hund 」

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」
