「This is my "to go to" spot when I visit my son in Jasper.」

「Our room had an infestation of spiders. Upon checking the mini fridge it was found to have food/drink residue and hadn’t look liked it was ever cleaned. The overall cleanliness was poor across the whole motel. Would not recommend staying there!!」

「If you love Christmas, you'll love this lodge! It really puts you in the holiday spirit. My grandson especially loved the fishing pond, and we all had a great time in the arcade. The lodge is a bit dated, and the beds weren't very comfortable, but the friendly staff and the great breakfast helped make up for it. Overall, it's a fun place to stay, especially if you're looking for a festive atmosphere.」

「Very close to the Donald Ross course. Very clean room and the facility was very clean overall. Nice breakfast area with friendly staff. Highly recommend.」

「When we got there we thought the elevator was going to break on the way to the 3rd floor. The room was semi clean and had a stench to it. The pool was absolutely disgusting it had a film all around the top glad we didn’t plan to get it. The breakfast service was horrible there was nothing left when I got down at 8. Had to go to the front desk to tell someone it needs to be serviced. There aren’t many choices around holiday world to stay but I definitely would not recommend this hotel.」

「Fue terrible no pude dormir se escuchaba mucho el ruido de las demás habitaciones. La taza del baño estaba tapada. Las toallas viejas la colcha olía muy feo. No vuelvo a reservar en esos hoteles. Lo único que me gustó fue su desayuno.」

「Our bathroom was not cleaned and there were still dirty towels that were hanging on the wall, the back of the door, and over the shower curtain rod. There was a used soap in the shower with a piece of trash from an unknown container. This also made us worried for the fact that there could have been a possibility of our sheets not being clean.」

「Keys to the room continuously did not work properly, there was construction inside the building, trash cans overflowing at breakfast, etc. The only positive thing I can say was the front desk young lady was wonderful and tried her absolute best to make everything as accommodating as possible.」

「We stayed at the end of their season. The staff was friendly and fun. The bed was great and it was a one of a kind experience. Thank you Willow (cook) for the dinner, it was delicious. The swimming hole, though cold was so much fun and freeing. The Labyrinth needed some trimming to be more easily utilized. The artist porch was fun. We dinner get to use the tub under the stars but it looked wonderful. We felt very connected to nature. The art work in the farm house bathroom was one of my...
