「We got in at 11pm at night and was not expecting a motel style stay. The person checking us in was pleasant at the beginning but then quickly made a rude remark to my son. He is 4 and exhausted from being in holiday world all afternoon and didnt say hello. The man then made a comment of, "oh, he's never seen a foreigner before." After getting check in taken care of and getting to our room, the floor was completely soaked. From the front carpet to the tile in the bathroom. It was late enough...

Our only complaint is we were on the 2nd floor and I'm not sure what was going on the 3rd floor but there was constant stomping or running well into wee hours of the night. Nothing that the hotel could have done as it was fellow guests. The staff was incredibly helpful with towels, drinks, and room key issues. The pool was a strange shade, but it was a nice temperature. The breakfast was expansive but the seating area was highly competitive as breakfast went down...
