A little pricey for the size room we had, but other than that absolutely no complaints at all. Room was clean, breakfast was great. We needed more towels for our room and got them right away.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this location. I liked it better the first time, but it was okay. I think it would be nice to have the breakfast hours till 10:00 am . Also once the food was gone, it wasn't replenished so there wasn't much to pick from. The staff is super friendly. It is very clean and smells fresh. The parking was horrible with limited spaces and having barriers by the train lot was confusing.

This is a new property, however it was clean, great location, great outdoor areas. Great breakfast!! So many options, clean and fresh. Also, they treat dog people well. My first Fairfield stay and now they are at the top of my list. Bye, Bye Hilton!

Overall pleasant

I thought the hotel stay, overall, was pleasant. I was greeted by the front desk when I arrived and left. The hotel was clean. The only negative thing I have to say is the room smelled kind of musty. And it would have been nice to have one of those small plastic laundry bags in my room. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past, and it felt more fresh/newer feeling then. I would still recommend to family and friends though.

We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to all the events that we were attending. Breakfast options were good. Our only suggestion is to have an outlet easily accessible by the bed. We need CPAPs and we did not have an outlet that was easily found. After contacting the desk they indicated it was behind the headboard that was attached to the wall. Very little space to be able to plug in what we needed without crawling under the cabinet to locate it.

Not happy with the room!

There was a long line to check-in however the employee was friendly. The bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned-there was a dirty towel & wash rag, the provided body wash was empty & there weren’t any clean towels or washcloths provided. I had to ask for those from the front desk. The shower curtain was ripped in multiple places & needed to be replaced. The carpet by the AC unit was ripped up & just looked trashy. There wasn’t a bag provided for dirty clothes either which is in most hotel rooms. The lobby looked nice & inviting but the rooms need work.

While the room was beautiful, the hotel was booked for multiple events. Saturday night one of the multiple room Bookings threw a large party. They were very loud and disruptive. 3 calls to the front desk with no answer. After the fire alarm sounded, the party finally quieted around 12:45. Then the gathering shifted to our floor with guests running screaming up and down the hallway for an hour. Still no response from the front desk. Guess our 3-day booking deserved less respect than the multiple room Booking. I brought it up Sunday morning to receive a shoulder shrug from the front desk staff. Disappointed that our rest and enjoyment were not as valued as the larger group booking. Frustrated. Great location. Clean facility. Great amenities. Sad we were not as valued.
