「I was under the impression that I had booked the balcony. But when I got there it was total disappointment No I didn’t have balcony. But according to video on website it looks like I had balcony over the lake. So sad disappointed」

「The place was beautiful and clean, wonderful employees. But arrival late at 7pm Thursday evening, there was no ice, and restaurant was only open on weekend and nearest food was 8 miles away in Hollister. We believed there was food and drink on property and there was not. It is a big place but only looked like a couple of people worked there. Parking lot was packed. The staff was friendly, helpful and hardworking. With more Amenities it would be a gem!」

「Great breakfast and room clean. Nice location」

「I very much enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. It was a very good location and the property was well maintained. I did not go for the pool but I would be furious if I had because they definitely pulled a fast one on me and told me the pool was usable by the date and time of my stay and then after my purchase was made they conveniently changed the date that the pool was gonna be done by until way after our stay so Buyer Beware if your interested in the pool. The view from our patio was nothing...

「It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok」

「Room was clean. Well worth the price. Bathroom was super small and no ice machine on the top floor.」

「Enjoyed the hotel」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Ozarker lodge. Everyone was so kind and we were comfortable in our room. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub but our favorite part was the common area downstairs. The bar, games, comfortable seating and friendly faces were truly a gift the you don't get just anywhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back.」

「The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the coziness of this B & B. The breakfast was amazing. The parking is very convenient to the front door, which I was worried about when I came in on the first day. But no everything was perfect.」

「We were so surprised by this hotel. Everything was wonderful including the breakfast!」

「Property was nice..rooms could have been cleaner. Stuff was on the carpet..$15 parking fee per day is ridiculous.」

「Outstanding experience - facilities & staff were great! Good food options for breakfast too.」

「The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Hot breakfast every morning, good variety. Desserts every night, cobbler, ice cream and cookies. Great location close to 76.」
