Room was ok, no face cloths available, air conditioning tried to keep cool but may have needed a cleaning there for 4 days and no housekeeping offered, had to go to front desk (wait for someone to arrive) and ask for toilet paper and clean towels. 「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」
