"We stayed for 6 nights February 2024. Location is nice and secure. The room was very well stocked with laundry (washing machine is in your own apartment) and kitchen supplies (including an electric water kettle). Apartment was very nice and spacious and the bedroom was cool upstairs with circular stairs. One oddity, the shower is small and does not have a curtain/door behind you so water can get all over. Will definitely come back."

"I stayed here over Easter with my family. Overall, we all had a wonderful holiday, but it didn't get off to the best start. At 2am on our first night, we realised we'd been placed on the side of the hotel where there is a dog that barks constantly. My family got little sleep that night, maybe a couple of hours at 6am when it finally stopped. "Great stay. We arrived after the reception had closed, but the instructions from the staff were very detailed so we did not have any problems to get in. The apartment is small but comfortable. We did not have time to use any appliances but everything looked clean and tidy. The location is fantastic: just 1 minute walking from a beautiful and lively square (Plaza de la Merced) and 5-10 minutes from the cathedral. I recommend it!"

"The apartment is great location is great the only issue we had was that it is not accessible by car. An parking is about 7 minutes walk. It would have been helpful to know this in advance and not needing to drive around "

"Very well done, centrally located and the staff was great. The only issue we had was with the shower, it didn’t drain quickly enough and water would accumulate on the bathroom floor. Other than that it was PERFECT! The guy at the front desk helped with everything from towels to parking. Would def stay again. "

"Good location but photos are like most Facebook profile pictures and cleverly filtered giving the impression of a modern apartment. The apartment is old but has been decorated to a good standard and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Also paid deposit for safe key, but in check out they said we hadn't. The deposit wasn't a great amount but they add up if it happens regularly. Ask for a receipt. "

"Excellent location, super easy access, responsive managers and overall highly recommended. Just one small criticism - the loo wouldn't stop running, and despite promtly sending someone to fix it, it kept running. Hopefully with some solid plumbing skills the problem can be rectified and more people can enjoy these great apartments."
