Great location in old town, walkable to castle. Courteous staff. Clean and very affordable price. Complementary luggage storage after check out. Space is bit tight, small bedroom above using metal stairs was bit uncomfortable every time access washroom and living/kitchen.

The location is excellent. Very close to a busting square but on a quiet street. Only 5 mins walk to the centre. I had the top apartment, it was clean and in good condition. Set in a typical building it has an authentic feel Excellent value

The location is perfect,10 min walk to marina, 5 min to all main landmarks. A lot of restaurants and supermarket around. There is a roof terrace with bar where you have the beautiful view on Alkazar. The room is neat , bed is very comfy. The building is old and facilities need upgrade. We stayed on the ground floor and the room has a metal stairs that leads to a small bedroom. So if you are a person with limited mobility it is not a place for you. The only downside is a noice from the street but ear plugs helped.

Tiny room, but it was packed with usefull stuff! There was even a washing machine. The hotel location is great. Close to the center, sightseeings, museums, restaurants, night life. There are also a grocery store, a pharmacy and a bus stop nearby. Walking distance to the port and the airport bus stop.

Its location is very close many visiting sites such as old roman theatre, Picasso museum and Cathedral, etc. It is also close to Line A bus to/from Airport and Line 1 bus to/from Train Station and long-distance bus terminal. Also close to a large supermarket which sells sliced ham. The reception only operates from 10 am to 6 pm but gives clear instructions to check-in and gain entry into assigned room. The room has a spacious sitting room with sofa & glass dining table, and toilet with spraying bath. The double bed with wardrobe is on upper floor which is above G/F, Although the window is facing a street, the traffic is not heavy and quiet most of the time. The room has a small pantry and has all necessary electric equipment, cooking and dining facilities. This facility worths100 marks if it provides with kitchen towel or paper in pantry. it has roof top to enjoy chatting.

Great stay

Great stay. We arrived after the reception had closed, but the instructions from the staff were very detailed so we did not have any problems to get in. The apartment is small but comfortable. We did not have time to use any appliances but everything looked clean and tidy. The location is fantastic: just 1 minute walking from a beautiful and lively square (Plaza de la Merced) and 5-10 minutes from the cathedral. I recommend it!

Amazingly central and convenient

The apartment was amazing for the price, separate sections for living area and bedroom. There was a microwave and fridge/freezer and kettle, even a washing machine which I didn’t try out! The location is very central and picturesque and there are restaurants just across the way on the Plaza de la Merced, not to mention a nearby grocery store. Friendly staff. TV and wifi of course. The bathroom had a sliding door which was a little awkward but that was a small point, toilet and shower both fine and the water was hot.

Great place for the budget traveller

This little studio apartment is great value for money, very close to the beautiful Plaza de la Merced. Communication before the trip (about how to access the building for late arrival) was excellent. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was nice rooibos and green tea in the kitchen area. Thank you:) The noise from the karaoke bar and some building work going on somewhere in the building was a problem for me because I was working while I was there and it was hard to hear people on Teams meetings, but maybe it wouldn't be an issue for other people. Overall, a great place for the budget traveller.
