A top-class hotel that is everything many hotels serving airports are not - welcoming, standards-driven and with exceptional staff. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and dinner, pleasant pool and garden area in keeping with the hotel’s eco-friendly ethos. Airport shuttle efficient and the Waterfront shuttle a bonus. Highly recommended.」

「Truly one of the most special places in the world, no place like it. Incredible setting, delicious food and top attention to detail. Patrick and Lamla (spelling?) were terrific and looked after us like family, even driving out to buy me some zamaleks when the hotel didnt stock it. Rooms are spotless and attention to detail terrif. Chef's Warehouse restaurant is a must. This was our second visit in a year and cannot wait to come back again. Very highly recommend it. 」

「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」
