「Better than expected for a last minute booking. The check-in was painless and quick, which we appreciated since we were exhausted. It was very quiet and in a safe location. 」

「The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice..」

「Staff was wonderful for check in. The woman who checked us in had such a radiant and positive attitude. The pool area was indoors but chilly. The room could have been cleaner (there was hair all over the bathroom, chewed bubblegum on the floor, and the bedding didnt smell as clean as it should). The checkout staff was amazing. 「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」
