"It was ok"

"I only stayed for 1 night. Had young kids with me tried to go to the pool way over crowded my 2 year old almost got jumped on in the water. Tried to play Cornhole 1 of the bags was ripped so that was a bust the TV cut out all night. Accidentally left some items but when called they said there wasn't anything left behind. So I'm out there. 1 guy was checking in but when he went to his room it was already occupied. The only nice things was the beds super comfy. I probably won't go back!!"

"Our stay started off with the front desk not being able to find my reservation even with a reservation number. If you are booking this motel from a third party site, be prepared to stand at the desk for up to 30 minutes while they try to find your reservation. The manager had to get involved just to find it in the system. The room was adequate, they are very small rooms. The bathroom was old and dirty. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool other than the loud high pitched noise coming from the maintenance room that caused a headache within 20 minutes. Again, the stay was adequate, we probably won't stay here again."

"When I pulled up the valet worker didn’t know where there was grass for my dog to go potty. After looking on my own, I discovered they have zero grass. I had to walk up a hill behind the hotel to find a small patch of grass every time my dog needed to go. They put me in a room that wouldn’t cool off. The engineer never showed up to fix it so I had to pack up and move rooms. The front desk employee told me he was upgrading my room for the inconvenience. The only upgrade was a patio. That would have been nice but the sliding door was broken and we couldn’t walk out there. The pool wasn’t open. I put out my menu that night for an early breakfast that never came. I could go on. The staff was nice. This hotel wasn’t dog friendly at all, though….if that’s what you are looking for. "

"While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself was a bit of a surprise in a positive way. The outside appearance doesn’t quite match the inside, which is actually nice and updated. The room was clean, well-kept, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic, nothing special but enough to get the day started. Overall, the environment during my stay made it very uncomfortable, and I was honestly ready to leave after the first night. I do hope the hotel takes situations like this into consideration in the future to ensure a better experience for all guests."

"When I got there my air wasn’t working. But I was able to easily get ahold of the staff. They sent maintenance up and he took care of it asap for me. It worked perfectly the rest of my stay. Thank you for that. Also my room had a beautiful view of downtown! "
