「I travel every 3 weeks and the hotel of my choice is hotel perlatto the staff is always amazing i don't speak much Spanish but they no how to communicate with me though cell phone and make me feel right at home. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't serve breakfast but the hotel over all ia amazing」

「I stayed at the hotel in July 2026 for roughly a week. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my time there. Most of those whom I interacted with also spoke very good English so it was a relief. Breakfast was included, which consisted in a list of items to choose from. I tried a different dish each day. My favorite was the Crab and egg arepa. While I spent a lot of time exploring Poblado, Medellin and nearby districts, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room during the down time....

「It's a very small new building. Yes everything was clean , room was clean. But its very small, no kitchen, you had to go another block away for your "free Breakfast ". There's no free coffee on site or anything. Only some water and drinks for sale. The description and pictures of the layout and amenities to the Hotel were very vague and misleading」
