「I travel every 3 weeks and the hotel of my choice is hotel perlatto the staff is always amazing i don't speak much Spanish but they no how to communicate with me though cell phone and make me feel right at home. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't serve breakfast but the hotel over all ia amazing」

「The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

「Great place to stay for under $40 USD a night. Only complaint is the noise. Door has a gap of almost an inch from the floor, so you can hear everything outside your door and vise versa, they need to add door sweeps to mitigate the noise. Also the windows have poor sound proofing and for some reason there's always a different ruckus outside each night/morning. A marching band was outside the street at 8:30pm one night, what the heck?」
