「Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected」

「The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.」

「Everything was perfect - room prepared exactly according to my ask, they offer kundalini style massage at spa, the property itself comes with so much history, tradition, and style. It is one of my favorite hotels in the world and they live up to your highest expectation in every way.」
