They left a bath towel the second day but there was only one left. It is an old hotel and the carpet does not seem clean at all. If you can get another hotel, go with that."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The manager and all staff were so friendly. The small riches : fresh water (and bottles) on each floor, the business salon with tea and coffee, and the amenities cupboard! The only thing that was needed : a plug in the washroom . Clearly a man designed it - no where to dry your hair .. we had to use the plug for the kettle. "

"Great location just off Oxford Street, room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The only issue was the wait for coffee to be offered. You can get coffee for yourself but the machine did run out at times. Great hotel for a London trip. Tube is just around the corner."
