「The room was great! The getting there was the difficult part. Outside was very dark and you can’t see the numbers of the rooms. I found myself stopping and getting out of the car to try and see the number. Also there’s a way back area of rooms and as a woman traveling alone it’s not the best. Also it was loud outside and I found myself turning the lights off cause I felt I was so far back that if someone banged on my door it would be scary. 」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...

「Everything works. Very clean hotel, marvelous front desk, phenomenal house keeping. Lovely amenities including pool, spa & gym. Easy plentiful parking. Fresh coffee service every morning. There’s a pub and restaurant with limited operating hours. Would like a cable-stay machine and replacement of dumbbells stolen from the rack, and a working tv. Would like stronger tasting coffee for the coffee service. 」
