「The young man at the front desk was amazing and very kind. The property was run down. The room was outdated and extremely dusty. Maybe none had stayed there in months? Windows so dirty as well as the carpet and overall property needs renovations. Location was good. The marina was a bunch of dilapidated boats… maybe pictures need to be updated on the site. It’s kind of misleading.」

「We had the most wonderful experience at the Occidental Lodge the hotel was adorable very clean staff was very warm and welcoming!! We will absolutely be back !!」

「We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.」

「Moder, clean rooms w/jacuzzi tub and private outdoor deck. In floor heating; no noisy AC unit. Nice grounds to walk with our dog (pet friendly). Host provided outside movie and got a fire going. Hot breakfast (scrambled & sausage) plus good fruit, cottage cheese, yoghurt with usual coffee and selection of teas. Friendly staff who want to help. Property is well off the road and so peaceful. Restaurants are 5-8 mins away but parking is challenging as these are popular.」

「We had a great stay at The Napa Residences. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location inside the Silverado area is perfect—quiet and relaxing while still being just a short drive from Napa’s wineries and restaurants. Check-in was easy and communication was smooth. Overall a very pleasant experience and a great place to stay when visiting Napa Valley. Would definitely come back.」
