"The hotel is in a good location and we were able to walk everywhere easily. The lobby is large with high ceilings and a fireplace, quite attractive first impression of the hotel. We booked the deluxe king with balcony as we had read that it was a good option but do not bother because there are no views! The room definitely has signs of wear and tear with scratched surfaces, worn bathroom floor and the carpet had some debris from previous guest. We had to request a room change as our initial room smelt very musty. The rooftop bar was a disappointment, it’s nothing special and the bartenders were not the friendliest. All in all, it was an average experience."

"We loved our stay - it was a very convenient location, the continental breakfast was nice, free parking and a great property! The staff were all very friendly and made us feel so welcome! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Napa!"
