「客房及職員態度不錯，有禮貌。 酒店位於舊區，出市中心步行大約15-20分鐘，但因在舊區，對單身女客夜歸可能不太好。」

「The stay was lovely, the staff was very friendly, but the breakfast wasn't very good, empty food trays & when it was brought out it was to late so just had toast. Service in the breakfast room was quite poor. 」

「Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. 」

「Only problem is public transport not very reliable 」

「Great little studio flat. Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen well equipped, great hair dryer, lovely towels, comfy bed, great all round apartment. Didn’t bother me but 2 flights of stairs into the rafters of the house for anyone with mobility issues. Very comfortable, wound stay again. 」

「Way better than expected. Room layout was amazing - there was a family - so L shaped room which gave some division. Hotel is a tad need of some renovations - but for price and facilities - it was perfect. Very comfy beds, clean rooms and a bar opened when we were there. Staff friendly 」

「My accommodation at James's Place was perfect for my needs. Modern and stylish design. Fresh and clean throughout. Nice touches such as Welsh cakes and milk on arrival. Great information shared about the local area. Would highly recommend 10/10」
