「Our room was clean and pretty, but no coffee maker, no fridge, and no TV. The floor was so far off level we were literally walking downhill to the bathroom. No continental breakfast, and the desk clerk wasn't sure when the restaurant opened on Sunday morning. Beautiful place, but not our thing.」

「A snap back in time, this quaint establishment gives the vibe of earlier times. Beautiful woodwork and retained items from an earlier era. It is warm and cozy with beautiful views. It is within walking distance to a nice lakeside park. The Inn is located in an older upscale neighborhood so streets are narrow and parking is limited」

「It is a remote check-in. Because we booked through expedia they could not send the information like they do for people that direct book. Took us a little bit to get an access code. The registration person on the phone was super nice though.」

「The pool was not open and specifically asked the lady at the front desk if it was heated since it was outside. She informed me yes it was a heated pool but didn't inform me it was closed when I asked. My daughter was all excited got ready we went to the pool to find out it was closed. The front desk attendant gave us zero information.」

「We would not stay here again. The service, or lack of service was disturbing. Nothing personal about the property. We stayed two nights and did not get fresh towels or trash emptied. Very disappointed with our decision to stay there.」
