「The first room we had the tv was broken. There was no phone to call the front desk and a bug crawled on my leg. We had to go down to the front desk and they gave us another room. This room smelled really bad, like smoke, beer, and liquor. We did get a refund for our second night that I am waiting for it to clear my card. There is an extra fee to use a card of $3 a night and pets are not allowed. We won’t be going back.」

「This place is such a gem . The staff were amazing and friendly. Marie at the front desk was such a sweet lady. Enjoyed conversations with her while getting my coffee each morning. Cleanliness 10/10. The whole property from the room, pool, restaurant were all really nice and clean. Perfect location .. directly on the beach.」

「Always a nice visit here. Clean rooms with a full kitchen. Beds comfy. Pool has shade at certain times of the day. Private beach. Office always helpful. Will see you in a few months for our daughter’s birthday.」

「My 10 day stay at PortD’Hiver B&B was a real pleasure. Great location, great rooms , great breakfasts, great staff, and quite possibly the best cookies I’ve ever had !! 😊 I only wish they had a restaurant on the premises, but there are several within a short walking distance. I’m looking forward to staying there again.」

「The pictures in the add were false. There weren’t any gardens or suites. This is a bare bones motel. It is clean but there are no amenities. There is a coffee pot but no coffee. There was a refrigerator but no ice cube trays. One towel and one washcloth per guest and a teeny bar of soap. No one in the office —had to call a number and then someone came to give you your key. Steep outside steps if your room was on the second floor. The only mirror was above the sink. Very disappointed.」

El desayuno muy bueno , el personal muy tratable. La piscina me gustó muchísimo. Un buen lugar y tranquilo. Me sentí muy segura. Mi habitación fue la 217 , así que si vuelvo a ir la pido de nuevo.. ojo , para el precio todo muy bien .. Ahh también lave mi ropa . En fin lo recomiendo 100%...

「Appears the property is under new ownership/management. We are Expedia VIP and they don't seem to honor the upgrades any longer. Some of the familiar staff is no longer there. The breakfast isn't as good as it used to be. The room's internet was intermittent which made doing any work on the computer near impossible. My husband has been staying there as it's convenient to his new job while we try to sell our house and relocate. After this most recent stay here may be looking to stay...

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we...
