"The receptionist treated me like if I was a homeless begging but I looked passed it. Over all the hotel and the restaurant staff were pleasant."

"Staff was super friendly and the room was nicely cleaned. Breakfast was "small bites" but they had tummy croissants and some pastries as well as yogurt and coffee/tea. There's also a nice little cafe right across the street that serves delicious breakfast bagels and other breakfast if you need something bigger. Parking was kind of a hassle but that's for most places in SF "

"Make sure you don't book a room right next to the elevator shaft. Couldn't sleep due to noise!! Staff did nothing to accommodate me either."
