"Hotel staff was amazing. However, this is more of a long term, live in, motel. Photos on Expedia are very deceiving. Permanent residents can be confrontational and make you uncomfortable. Make sure you have a full inventory of any pool supplies/toys, or you will be accused of stealing from the long term residents. "Room 123 was noisy, hard to sleep in. The ice machine was on the other side of the wall and it tuns on and turns itself off and then runs again all night. But the major thing is the location of the outdoor smoking area. I is right across from our room. Those people were out there loudly arguing with each other and calling to people still inside their rooms. I think the smokers should have a spot at the edge of the property."
