「Beautiful property in a great neighborhood and convenient location. I would stay there again.」

「The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking. The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap. They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit. So, be careful staining their towels 」

「Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.」

「I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There was no hot water during my visit, which made it extremely uncomfortable. The entire place smelled strongly like fresh paint, which was overwhelming and unpleasant. The floors were visibly dirty and didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made this stay unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Staff was very rude. Shady as they kept going in the room when I wasn’t there and I’m not just referring to housekeeping. No reason to be entering in the afternoon or evening.」

「This is a budget property, so set expectations there. Parking was $10, and was fine. It was empty at check-in, but completely full by 7pm. The room was OK, with a fridge, microwave, and TV with cable and wifi. It also had a nice sized couch and the bed was comfy enough. What was really nice is this is a short walk from EVERYTHING. The Riverwalk, Alamo, and observation tower were about 10 minutes away. It's located in a mid-upscale area, which is kind of rare for a budget hotel like this. I was...

「The room smelled like pee there was a g string hangin in back of the door they charged me 70$ more when I got there because it was busy supposedly and I didn’t even stay there I left after a few hours it was the worse experience I ever had at a hotel 147$ it came out too never again will I go here 」
