"Parking via the valet was chaotic. Very little space to park in front of hotel. And...$60+fees per night is just ridiculous. This was disappointing not to mentioned, this was burind on the website."

"The hotel is a historic icon and they’ve kept the old world charm preserved beautifully. However, the lobby had an odd smell, like ammonia from the public bathroom. This is my second time staying here and the odour hasn’t changed. The rooms are spacious and well kept but was missing a few toiletries and one of the lamps wasn’t working. It wasn’t an issue though; as soon as we voiced our concern, they gave us everything we needed for the room. Valet was so incredibly kind even at 3am (took a family member to the airport). Besides the ammonia smell, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again."

"One elevator worked, the rest were out of order. For a large hotel, this meant lines at the one functional elevator and / or multiple flights of stairs that were not fun with baggage in tow. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Rooms were spacious but walls are thin and gap at entry door meant you could hear all the hallway traffic. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and courteous and kind. Very respectful of rental car property. Sorry but never made it to breakfast so cant add review. Room was very clean and spacious. Loved the area and location of everything, all within walking distance. 100 out of 10 review. Highly recommended. "
