"Vallet team is excellent and made u feel welcome. But i did not feel that from the front desk or from wait staff at the restaurant. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Restaurant food was not impressive and with the options around i suggest to walk down the river walk and eat somewhere else. Hotel is centrally located but there is a abandoned building across the way that needs improvement to make the views from the hotel worth the price. Room was nice, but lacked safety rails in bathroom and ventilation making floors slippery. Bed is fantastic… great sleep. "

"Very stuffy! Front desk was snobby and they charged me for parking when i did not even had a car! It was like staying in an Antique Mall. However, great location for tourist and restaurants. Overall, I would stay here for the location! "

"Nice hotel overall. Pillows are hard and lumpy, but room was clean and staff was friendly.."

"Huge Cockroach - “water bug” they said. Same thing! Spider in bed. Pills from previous guest on floor in corner- still there when we left. Bed changed once in 10 days- only after i asked because of the dead spider. Floors filthy- black socks (don’t go barefoot!) - asked yo have it mopped. Nope- just swept. “Not enough staff to do deep clean”. Manager “not on site” when we asked to speak to them. AC. doesn’t work correctly- room stayed ay 70 or above- thermostat didn't alter the room temp. It was like it was on a preset temp and even if you changed the setting to cooler, it did not happen. With no air movement it was difficult to sleep at night, just too hot!. Do not recommend this! Pics look nice - but they are deceiving l. "

"La ubicacion del hotel es malo ay muchas dian bulantes,(perdonas que viven en la calle) el estacionamiento esta fuera del area del hotel. Y el precio me lo aumentaron cuando llegue. No me quede en el hotel, hice otra reservacion."
