"The property was very nice for my one-night stay. Very clean and the location was great for access to downtown San Antonio! If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs as the A/C unit in the bedroom was a bit loud. All in all, definitely recommend."

"The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking. The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap. They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit. So, be careful staining their towels "

"Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There was no hot water during my visit, which made it extremely uncomfortable. The entire place smelled strongly like fresh paint, which was overwhelming and unpleasant. The floors were visibly dirty and didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made this stay unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Location is far from the riverwalk so it’s better to get an Uber. Across the street is the Mi Tierra Mexican restaurant. The hotel is outdated. The baseboard in the restroom had mold and part was ripped. Basically everything is outdated! I am not joking. The breakfast area is very small. They only have 5 small tables with 4 chairs for people to eat breakfast. The space is ridiculous. People had to take the food on to go plates to eat their breakfast in their rooms because there was no room....

"First of all.. beware of the $20 a night for parking plus tax. Parking was extremely limited and only one handicap space. Small pool size of a 4 door sedan. It doesn’t have a gum and breakfast was limited. Only one elevator. The building used to be an old county jail. Staff did their jobs. It’s not the normal Holiday Inn Express experience. "
