"This time we stayed in room 27. The room has very uncomfortable mattress, the springs stick out and dig in to you. It doesn't feel safe. I have to sleep on top of the quilt. The shower drain was partially blocked. And the freezer was ice over. I sent the photo to the accommodation management following the instruction but no response. I think the room in overall is okay and it is in the best location for my work. For health and safety I would consider changing the mattress. Many thanks."

"Indescriptible, imposible juntar más suciedad en un piso, ni ensuciando la cocina adrede se consigue, daba asco tocar cualquier cosa, congelador inutilizado y perdiendo agua, no tele, no cubiertos, calcetines encima de la lavadora, basura sin recoger, vasos con bebida en una habitación, manchas por el suelo, ventanas bloqueadas que no se pueden cerrar, olor a rancio y humedad, dirección que no concuerda con la puesta en Google maps para confundir con otros apartamentos de alquiler de la zona.....

The man on the receptions was welcoming, but I was shocked when he asked for £100 deposit, so please take note.
