「We experienced theft at the marina. Cameras are everywhere. They said the front office has the camera footage. Front office said they don’t have access - then the story changed stating we need a police report and a subpoena :/. I left a note with the office with date/time/location requesting a still shot image. The fact they are so reluctant to review footage makes me wonder if it was possibly an employee. Anyway- once they send it, I will update this review.」

「You pay for the room two weeks before your due to be there then when you get there, they ask for more money so when you don’t have the money, they don’t give you a room, but they also don’t give you your money back」

「I love this place. The location is pretty central in Branson, but tucked in a quiet area. The amenities are awesome. I used the outdoor pool area during this terrible heat stretch. I stayed in a one bedroom villa which is the best combo of resort life but convenience of AirBnB. Have stayed here before many years ago and would def stay here again.」

「Beware they are selling time share and push hard. Capet was very stained and moldy elevator was old and dirty only things good about room ac worked great and bed was comfortable however small 24” tvs」

「Didn't have much of a late view because of the trees in the way. The mini fridge was messed up. I rented a boat from the Marina. Had it reserved, and the canopy was all messed up tore up the stuff on the boat, ddidn't work right」

「The staff were friendly. However, At check-in my parking pass was not given to me so we received three calls about it at 7:30 the next morning. The condo looks just like the pictures and was roomy for my large family, but was a little dated. The carpet throughout was old and stained and the stove burners in the kitchen were hard to use because they were bent up. 「Finding the check in office was terrible. The woman checking me in was rude. There were fees that were not covered in the booking process. The room was out of the village across the road from the main stay area, pool and club house. The couch was peeling. The shower drain was broken in half. Pool area for the children was nice but there teenage children running arou d about plowing them down. We were there several hours and no staff came thru not even once. I understand there is no life guard on...
