"This resort is in the perfect location. We had an ocean view room which was amazing to wake up to in the morning. Our biggest issue with thr hotel was the elevators. Only one worked in the main area which caused Longggg wait times. Not only that, the elevators are small. Last issue was the restaurant hours. Only one open at a time. For breakfast it was the one close to the front desk that served coffee and light pastries. If you wanted something more hearty, you had to go across the street to the Hilton. Same with lunch which was either outside at the pool or across the street. For dinner, you could only go across the street. I saw a group having dinner one day but that ws blocked off and for a wedding... I think. All in all, it was a good stay and I would chose to stay here again in the future. I definitely recommend."

"The place is ok. My daughter found rat feces under her pillow after the 2nd night. Loved the balcony and the beach view. I did step on a sea urchin at their beach and injured my foot. They weren't too helpful with that just offered a band aid. It was extremely painful. The pool was amazing. The bar was closed every time I wanted to go. Great location and view but probably wouldn't stay again."

"A safe place to stay. We had standard 2 queen pool side in the tower. On the 5th floor. Ice machines located on the 4th and 6th floors. Beds comfortable, quality fresh linen, and soft plush pillows. Safe did not lock. Micro mini fridge (sourced from Temu?) :D. Rain shower, soft absorbent towels, but the exhaust fan was not working. Pool area is clean and adequate public space. Not allergen friendly. Extremely limited gluten free options. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Staff was friendly and accommodating. If you park a car, be sure to check out with the front desk before you leave the premises, so the parking ticket can be validated. If the fridge was bigger and if there were more menu choices, they'd have a 9/10."

"The property is undergoing renovations, so be prepared for some inconveniences and noise. The staff were wonderful - always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk and pool attendants are stocked with bug spray - take advantage of this! Apparently Marriott and I had some differences of opinion on what constitutes an oceanfront room. I paid for and expected a full oceanfront room, but got an ocean view room, overlooking a roof. That was very disappointing. "
