「The staff at Hotel Colores were exceptional. This is a family owned operation and you can tell they care about the people staying there. From the check-in to the breakfast and even helping us find the sloth family that were visiting the property during our stay. I have to say this place is a hidden gem. 「We flew in to San Jose around 12pm. We headed out of town towards La Fortuna. I thought this would get us out of the city and close to our first day of activities. The area was quiet. The room was very clean. We speak very little Spanish and the staff spoke very little English. However we were able to communicate to get what we needed. The hotel is one block from the Main Street.
