「My husband and I booked here because our granddaughter and her sports team were staying here and we wanted to be close to our family. The reviews were horrifying and we were quite nervous about booking here. Check in was super fast. We were on the second floor and I am happy to say the room was nice, and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice evening. The heater/air conditioner was a bit noisy and the breakfast was ok. We did not see the pool so i cannot comment on that. We...

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Staff upgraded me to a suite after a long 12 hour shift. Room was huge, clean, bed was comfortable and no complaints. Breakfast was ok, but I mean it’s hotel breakfast. Other than that it was great and I would definitely stay here again as it’s close to the hospital and a good price! 」

「The hotel was super clean, friendly guy at front counter to check in. Room was clean and smelled nice, not like normal low priced hotels. Parking lot was not great, but they only have so much space so not a big deal as it wasn't busy. Hotel was quiet and area was quiet overnight. We only spent one night just barely long enough to sleep, but were impressed with the place. We would stay again..」
