"This was my experience at the Ace Hotel. Very welcoming with a great lounge and upbeat atmosphere in the lobby. The room was great- bigger than expected, large windows, clean, king bed. "

"If you are relying on public transportation, and don't need to drive or park a car, this is a very nice hotel and budget friendly. Its clean and comfortable. For us, we were driving from PA and staying nearby to catch a flight at JFK the next day. Nearby parking garage was full at 8pm at night. We had to park on the street and make sure to move it in time because of alternate side parking. We found a spot that was in a truck loading only zone, but it was off hours. I wouldn't stay here again only bc of the parking issue. Staff was great, friendly, helpful. "
