「Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield.」

「They ofter a cheap, no thrills, alternative to hotels. I work on my computer as I travel and they have a comfortable chair, big desk and super fast internet. There’s reasonable cooking facilities and big areas to relax in. It’s not the Hilton but their internet is faster and it’s more suitable for work. 」

「If you can find a room in the north of England, that is better value than here snap it up. The only issue I found was the tv was difficult to use.」

「Was very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews! Apartment was in an excellent location short walk to the Piece Hall & town centre. Excellent facilities and very quiet so got great nights sleep! Bed was also very comfy - would definitely stay here again as found it great value for money!」

「Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. 」

「The environment is comfortable and quiet, with clean and tidy bedding. The setting is pleasant, and cooking utensils are fully equipped. There are various types of shopping venues near the hotel. This is the second visit, and it’s just as good as the first time. Customer service is quick to respond, with excellent efficiency.」

「Welcoming staff (Jessica) was prompt, polite and efficient. The apartment was clean, soundproof from the outside. The bed and most importantly the bed linen is 5star quality. One critique, no mirror in the bathroom, I had to step out, close the curtains turn the lights on just to shave next to the bed. I understand the bathroom had all the disabled facilities but I am sure even disabled people need to look in the mirror and shave as well. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this service...

「Beautiful apartment and convenient location.」

「住宿地點處在鬧區的巷子內，人煙較少但還算方便，入住時要走到另一個巷子去找櫃台，不太方便。房間很大很精美非常棒的空間!但入住時須支付200英鎊的訂金，不知道何時會退還，這點令我有點擔憂。其他方面都很完美。」

「Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell.」
