「Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. 」

「The property was clean comfortable and in a convenient location for my needs. I was hoping to use the kitchen more, however although it was well equipped there wasn't any cutlery, glasses mugs or washing up equipment. Perhaps this could be highlighted in the accomodation details. 」

「We flew all the way from New Zealand looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately this experience was anything but relaxing. We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised. After countless back-and-forth communications with the hotel and UDTM, as well as additional costs for international phone...

「Parking was easy and secure. Communication with the host before our pre-arranged early arrival was excellent. The apartment, though sparsely furnished, was clean and tidy with comfortable beds with fresh white linen. The kitchen was fine after we located the cutlery on the cupboard top. There being no tea towel, dish cloth or towels in the bathroom we improvised. This apart, it was perfect for our short term stay. 」
