Excellent value and perfectly, centrally located. Property manager was really lovely and it was such a great price for the facilities. Perfectly equipped little apartment ideal for our needs.

I stayed in the Lister apartment and it was so wonderful. They have everything you need even for a weekend stay. Clean, warm atmosphere, and quiet. Loved it here as a solo female traveler and would come back again!

Brilliant accommodation

Highly recommend this place to stay ,Second time we've stayed an as good as the first ,location to town,train stn & piece hall in walking distance . The owner responds to every question you may have straight away an there was no problem for late check out If youre staying in Halifax i would recommend you stay here

Appartment was presented very well . Very clean everything we needed was provided in apartment. Host helped locate parking within 5mins walk from accommodation and was only £3 for 24hrs . Apartment very close to everything has to offer we were at a concert at the piece hall and it was very walkablebwith plenty bars and restaurants enroute . Will definitely use again next year when we are visiting Halifax

Great appartment for weekend stay

Great 2nd floor appartment with all the ameneties you need for a weekend stay. Clean, modern and comfortable. Lift was out of order and hot water temperature needs turning down but great communication from owner. Easy to park in nearby car park and just a short walk to the town centre. An enjoyable stay.

The staff from Property Knights were exceptional, great communication, responded to questions, provided information. The apartment was clean. The kitchen, whilst stocked, has no dishwasher, which was not a huge problem for us, but all the glasses, mugs and cutlery needed a good scrub. We did not cook whilst here, but did get a takeaway, having a microwave, with a food cover was a bonus. The bed was clean and comfortable. Lots of fresh towels. Bathroom was ok, very limited space between the basin and the toilet itself, making it quite difficult to sit, as your knees were against the unit. 😳 Overall a good central place to stay. A little tired looking, especially the communal areas.

The host was fantastic had brilliant communication,the property was clean and stocked full of items which made our stay so easy ,we was on the second floor but there was a lift so easy access,I would just be mindful of others living in some of the flats as they can be slightly noisy over the weekend but other then that it wasn't a bad stay for the price I paid

Excellent stay

From start to finish the owners communication was excellent and quick responses. They were very considerate with it being Christmas time and allowed us to enter the property earlier than the usual check in time. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. Being winter I put the heating on when I arrived and was easy to use and warmed the whole apartment up in no time. We’ll definitely use these again. Thank you!

Positives: - Good location - Good communication - kitchen was well equipped - shower hot (although very small) Negatives - bathroom is small and poorly designed (difficult to sit on toilet!) issues with damp and drainage leaving a pungent odor. - communal areas had stained and dirty carpet, broken letter boxes and generally run down. - communal areas often smelt of smoke. - double bed was 2 single beds, meaning there was a ridge in the middle of the bed. - carpet in the studio was coming away from the grippers in a few spots. - studio would benefit from being painted as walls were stained in several areas. - windows had lots of condensation and mold. - heating didn’t seem to work. The studio could be a really nice space if was kept fresher, the issues the communal areas are not a fault of the hosts, but impact on the quality of the stay/ apartment. The property is in a great location, with easy walk to shops, Piece Hall etc. and there was free parking near by also.

Apartment clean and comfortable. In a good position near restaurant,shops ect. Lift was great. Code to get in worked when finally found Halifax House. No signage to say Halifax House and no number, given , only name of road. Several people had same problem while we were there . Wifi never worked and we really needed it to arrange new travel plans after an accident!

Wouldn't advise staying here.

All started well with good communication from Shane (management agent). He even allowed us an early check in. When we got into the property it was incredibly hot and no matter what we did it wouldn't get any cooler. The thermostat was broken so we Contacted Shane and they offered to send someone but this would be at 11pm and with a young family this wasn't appropriate. So we ended up wrapping a duvet around the radiator to block the heat. Lucky we had the kids in the rear bedroom which was cooler. We had also brought their duvets to make it easier for them to sleep so meant we had one spare for us to do this. The blinds didnt block out any light in the bedroom so had to make shift a curtain using a throw. Bathroom floor tiles were loose,toilet was wobbly also the radiator in the bathroom was also on full so added to the stifling heat. Sofa bed incredibly uncomfortable had to be moved each night as no room to extend this out it had to be moved so it didnt block the bedroom. Next morning contacted Shane to say we were going to eureka and if someone could fix it that would be great . He said he raised it and someone would be out. This didn't happen came back to another roasting room even though we had the windows open all day. Made it unbareable so spent our time out of the room but a nightmare to sleep. Tried to contact shane multiple times and heard nothing back at all. One of the worst stays I've had. It is not suitable for a family and would not stay here again.
