「First experience with an all-digital hotel and it was a very positive experience. The property is brand new and located next to several transportation options, but since the windows are facing a courtyard, it’s amazingly quiet considering its central location. 」

「The location is great. It takes less than 3 mins to walk to Berlin Hackescher Markt station. There are a lot of restaurants and shops. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and the apartment has kitchen, washer, and dryer, which is quite useful. 」

「Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment with thoughtful touches throughout - they even provided an HDMI cable for the TV. The shower was excellent with a completely watertight screen which is rarely seen in my experience.」

「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」
