The signs for the hotel are not obvious. Entry at street level and the sign in the lobby is not very clear. Once you take the lift to the reception the hotel is fine. Room comfortable. Very close to restaurants. Leipzig centre is compact and walkable.

The property was fantastic and the stay was lovley. However the propery was fully paid for through expedia but during online check-in it mandated i pay again. I was advised the double payment will be refunded soon but 7 days on still waiting for the refund.

Fastest check in of my life and I’ve stayed a few places before! They even accommodated my need for a wallet outlet as I forgot Europe hotels don’t come equip with them. Berlin hbf is a 10 minute walk and it made transit through city super easy. Hate the gloomy weather, but not the hotel’s fault.

Great location, staff are very helpful and the hotel is nice. Breakfast is overpriced for all that is on offer. Unfortunately I expereinced dust mites or bed bugs (bites all over my back) I asked the hotel to change the bed ASAP which they did with no problem.

Not the friendliest front desk. Also check in was a bit of a nightmare but such is life I guess. I wouldn't stay there again even tho the room itself was nice.

Very small room - not even a desk which made it not very convenient. Nice foyer area. The location seemed ok on the map but in the end was close to a 15 min walk from the train station.
