I planned to train | walk from here to places I was keen on (it is right across the street from the Wedding stop). I came home late (after midnight) and the area was a touch dodgy. If I was a lone female traveller, I’d have been neevous. Unit is clean and has a stocked kitchen. I’d stay again if Mitte was overbooked | overpriced.

Great place….but.

I think these online check in/totally digital places are ok if you are in your twenties or thirties. If you are in your seventies it is more of a problem. And if you are using an intermediary like Hotels.com it can be even more difficult. Hotels.com cocked up and we were outside for over two hours.

Pros - 1 min walk from tram stop. 1 min walk from shop. Accommodation clean. Cons - WiFi did not work. Smart tv did not work - could not access Netflix or any streaming app. unable to contact property despite it saying “available 24/7” yet they supply no means of contacting them. I tried texting via number listed on Expedia but received no response. Thankfully our issues were minor but would have been awful if we had a big issue and no one to contact.

Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Das Bad war geräumig und trotz zentraler Lage, war es ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Türe. Viele Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Während meines Aufenthalts mussten Techniker hinsichtlich des Brandschutzes das Zimmer betreten. Dies wurde 24 Std. im Voraus mitgeteilt. Meiner Ansprechperson ging leider nicht auf meine berechtigte konstruktive Kritik ein, einen solchen Termin mit mehr Vorlaufszeit mitzuteilen und es lag ihr auch fern, ein Wort des Bedauerns hinsichtlich meiner Punkte mitzuteilen. Es gibt einen Blumenstrauß an Möglichkeiten seinen Kunden bei berechtigten Ärgernissen, niedrig- bis höherschwellig Wertschätzung zu vermitteln. Limehome hat dies in meinem Fall leider nicht geschafft.

The keyless check in and access was so easy. (no worries about arriving too early/late) The location is just beside the U and S bahn stations, for quick and easy links to the airport and the city centre. There is a supermarket next door/around the corner so essentials could be easily bought. The room was large, with well equiped kitchenette and large shower room.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und ordentlich eingerichtet .Es hat an nichts gefehlt . Tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel . Check in und Check out hat sehr gut funktioniert . Guter Preis für Berlin . Umgebung nicht besonders schön ,aber vollkommen ok. Einzige Kritik, der Fußboden war nicht gereinigt. Bin in Strümpfen gelaufen und hatte nicht meine Haare und Schmutz dran.

Die Unterkunft liegt von der Anbindung her sehr gut. S-Bahn und Ubahn sind direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer selbst war in keinem guten Zustand. Beim Kleiderschrank kam uns die unter Schublade direkt entgegen und war anschließend auch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die Blende über dem Geschirrspüler viel ebenfalls direkt beim ersten öffnen des Geschirrspüler, ab. Beim Bett war das Bettlacken leider falsch herum aufgezogen. Ich finde für solch einen Preis müssen die genannten Dinge schon passen. Wichtig wäre auch zu wissen das die Parkgebuhren für einen Parkplatz vor der Tür, bei ca. 35€ am Tag liegen. Das gilt für alle Parkplätze in der Umgebung.

No staff = hassle

The check in process is so poor (3+ hours of messing about with chat bots) and so laborious I wouldn’t plan to stay again. Over all, clean rooms and nice concept but very poorly executed.

Excellent room, comfy bed and pillows, great shower pressure and room. Kitchen was very nice with quality pots and pans, starter cooking supplies. Public transportation (with elevator) very short walking distance. No steps to property 2 elevators. Excellent laundry. Very clean.

Helt nyt - tæt på al transport

Helt nyt byggeri med perfekt lydisolering selvom det ligger klods op af trafikeret vej og S Bahn. Med både U og S Bahn lige uden for døren er det nemt at komme rundt i Berlin. Gode takeaway steder og Edeka med stort udvalg lige rundt om hjørnet. Køkkenet havde det nødvendige udstyr til let madlavning
