Great, central location.....hotel is excellent for facilitates i.e. great bar, small shop for snacks and drinks (alcoholic and non), rooms are really modern and extremely comfortable.....staff were great, so helpful and attentive....absolutely recommend

The bathroom was really dirty with mold. I did not bathe because of it. The staff is nice and helpful. This hotel is in a great, convenient and walkable area. Alexanderplatz station is 2 blocks away. I walked to it at 6:30 am and felt safe.

Room was really clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is decent, can find anything from German customers. Coffee was delicious. Luggage room is secure. It's close to Alexanderplatz. There are tram station, restaurant, bar in walking distance. Only downside is closet. It's really small for two.

This property is conveniently located within several blocks of Alexanderplatz, which gives you access to trains and buses to go anywhere and everywhere in Berlin. The staff at the front desk were always very helpful. The breakfast (although a little pricey in my book) was very good.

Excellent hotel. We have stayed in a lot of UK Premier Inns so we are used to the standards. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. If you require your room cleaning you have to mention to reception, which was no issue for us. Similarly, for additional tea/coffee you just had to ask. Location is great for tourists. Central location and easy access to trams, buses and trains at nearby Alexanderplatz station. Hop on hop off buses also stop very closeby, if using those. We didn't eat here due to other plans made for our short stay, but we used the bar for a couple of drinks. Reasonably priced and nice relaxed atmosphere. We were able to leave our luggage here on early arrival and for our late departure, which was a great help. I would recommend this hotel to others wanting a clean and comfortable place to stay and easy access to main attractions and public transport.

If you like walking there’s lots to see in the surrounding area, shops and restaurants. Transport links are good if you prefer We walked to the Brandenburg Tor and back and then you see all the lovely buildings by the river Personally I didn’t like walking too much at night All in all a pleasant stay and we were able to leave our luggage before check in and once we checked out nice reception and bar area to relax in Staff were all very friendly would visit again

Here at the Premier Berlin you get treated very well the staff are very friendly & helpful.when you get here you will notice right away the staff are there ready answer your questions. And check you in no time I have to say this is a fantastic hotel for service & comfort but my ultimate reason for coming to the Premier Berlin is the location it is truly mezzmorizing all the restaurants and shopping stores and cafes all within 3 city blocks of the Premier Berlin hotel and that is in all directions and don't forget the Alexanderplatz commuter shuttle is but 3 blocks away too you are in the core of Berlin right here at the Premier Berlin hotel it has everything you want all right here

I liked the service at the Hotel Premier Berlin they do a lot to help the guest there.There a few things that they should consider to do to make their hotel more relaxing. First all hotel rooms should have a small fridge for even just bottled water.And when I asked if they could give me a early moring wake up call they said that they do not do that. That was a big surprise to me almost all common hotels offer morning wake calls this would a great thing for the guests something to consider I believe service for the customers is what hotels are all about

The internet was great and the room was clean. The bar at the hotel was good and offered nice wine at a reasonable price which was even better between 5-7pm as it was happy hour and 30% off all drinks. Staff were friendly. One criticism was the air conditioning. Despite the fact the property said it had it, it seemed this was only available in the summer- the staff recommended we switch it off and open the window to cool the room down from the 28 degrees it had reached at the start of the holiday. This was a minor set back and once we figured out this was the way it got it down to a more reasonable 22 degrees. So, the hotel was generally a bit warm. Having the window open at night wasn’t really an option as the hotel backed onto a busy road with lot of car noise and emergency service sirens throughout the night. So, workable and probably reflected in the cheaper price of this hotel. Wouldn’t let that put anyone off booking this place as the hotel location is great. However best being aware before booking.
