"Clean rooms, common areas also spotless. Any interaction with staff member was always positive. Only 2 negative issues were the breakfast buffet ran out of a couple of items both mornings that we stayed. Also the A/C never seemed to effectively cool the room. Actual room temp was 24°C even though i had it set to the lowest possible setting (16°C) Wouldn't like to be staying in that room during a heatwave! Room no. 721"

"Rooms were small but functional. Daily maid service, free English breakfast, and cozy downstairs bar made our stay excellent. The front desk staff (especially Mo) could not have been more helpful or friendly. Location was very close to Paddington train station and was very safe and convenient to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend."

"I loved this property! It was clean and had a comfortable bed and nice shower. Laundry was a big plus! It’s a 5 to 10 minute walk to the tube and buses. Great for longer stays. "

"The stay was amazing got to room 2 singles Spoke to reception and it was no issue for them to put beds together to make it a double only there for 1 night but deffo go back WELL DONE"

"Great hotel with comfortable and modern room. The room was a little on the small side but was fine for me as a solo traveller. I've stayed here a number of times now and always had a good stay although breakfast is a little disappointing as there aren't the normal coked items available. There are plenty of places nearby where you can get a decent breakfast though."

"The bed pods were really great. We could sleep well without bothering each other with lights or sounds. It's quite small, but that's what you get staying in a city. Would still recommend staying again. It's a nice central location to many places and public transport. "
