This was my first stay. Friendly and helpful reception experience. Lovely spacious room with all facilities needed including ample wardrobe space with hangers and iron/ironing board. Good views from top floor and fantastic aircon which was very much needed as it was a London heatwave. All employees were exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Very friendly welcome from employees and locals in the bar during the evenings. Would highly recommend.

The room was updated and clean. The shower was hot with great water pressure and a handheld showerhead. Big fluffy towels. Very comfortable bed. Good closet space and shelving. The included breakfast was very good and the coffee excellent. All the staff were warm, welcoming, helpful and attentive. The bar/restaurant seems to be a fun neighborhood spot and welcoming to children and dogs. The neighbourhood is lovely and you can take a peaceful walk through a wood to Barnet High St., or walk or a short bus to High Barnet station where the Northern line takes you downtown.

Great value stay.

Really comfortable room in a quiet location. Bathroom quite small but plenty of hot water, fluffy towels & nice toiletries. Not sure the air con worked in room 1 but wasn’t needed anyway. Amazing English breakfast - should have asked for a child’s portion! Really friendly staff. Nice to have off-road parking too. Will definitely stay again & perhaps try a treatment too.

A fabulous property boasting clean, adequately furnished rooms with refreshments and toiletries supplied. The atmosphere in the bar is friendly and welcoming and the food is great. The full Hadley breakfast is amazing with a great cup of coffee., The Hadley staff are super, helpful, friendly and welcoming willing to help in any way to make your stay enjoyable. The room was larger than I thought and very clean. The ensuite was very good with excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff were very helpful and although the tills were closed in the bar they still served us night caps. I gave a 4 star for comfort because their pillows were so high they unbearably uncomfortable, but the problem was very quickly rectified. The breakfast was exceptionally good and very generous. Wed definitely stay there again.
