「We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall experience is very good and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. When we first arrived, we are impressed by the warm welcome of the staff and the user-friendly design of the facilities. The quality of the breakfast is good and we enjoyed very much. 」

「酒店出距市區太遠，從市區地鐵入須乘15-20分鐘地鐘，到站再行約15分鐘才到。如下雨天或寒冷會做成不便。出地鐵後問路往酒店不容易找到知酒店位置的人。 早餐全是簡單的凍食。 但房間大，床也舒適，員工也熱情」

「Persistent heavy cigarette smoke smell in the room for both nights which did not clear even after ventilating. We woke up with dry/sore throats. We reported the issue during the stay to staff member Rosalina, who acknowledged it and provided free parking as a goodwill gesture, but the problem remained unresolved. An alternative room offered could not accommodate 5 guests, so moving after settling in with children was not practical. There were also cleanliness issues (spiderwebs). The stay...

「Stayed here as my little girl played at the hive and we needed somewhere close by. Parked on the drive way right outside the door, keys were in a key safe and details were sent on the day how to get in the safe. The hallway as you enter is spotless, as was our room, tea, coffee, water and a fridge in the room. Very pleasant place to stay, paid £60 for a Wednesday night, knowing what i know now i think it's a bargain. Highly recommended. 」

「Great location for Wembley, short walk to the tube and one stop. The area was extremely nosy throughtout the night and early morning, but we were prepared for this after reading other reviews. However, if you only want to use the room to sleep, bed was comfy, and to shower, like we did, this hotel is perfect! Would definitely book again」
