「The first lady I encountered at check in was very nice and helpful but the man who was the desk at checkout was not very nice and actually pretty rude. He did not even acknowledge I was standing there and acted like I was bothering him. I would not have expected such service at such a nice establishment. Very disappointed. Put a damper on a nice time we had in Tennesse. 」

「Herbert, front desk person, was extremely helpful and enabled us to get the safest room for my elderly mom. Also recommended great local restaurants and entertainment that we enjoyed. Hotel was clean and very nice.」

「I’d stay here again because it’s quiet and near a decent amount of food and groceries. Plus they have a fridge.. The only negatives are: breakfast is mid (but free) and we found a big spider in the tub one day and then a huge wasp on the last night but overall, I’d definitely recommend it and come back 」
