「Perfect, staff are friendly」

「staff are helpful, especially Geogria, we were first assigned to a room far away from elevators and we requested for change, Geogria helped us to manage to change to a room closer. The location of the hotel is good, breakfast has limited choices but still fine. 」

「We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The room was modern and attractive. There was hangers for clothes and 2 spacious drawers. A hairdryer was provided. The bed was comfortable and the thermostat was easy to operate. There was a spacious refrigerator under the counter, a glass stove top, a microwave, toaster, and an electric water kettle, which we used to make instant coffee and instant oatmeal. 「The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.」
