"They could not find our reservation although we did paid in full. They finally gave us an appartment on the 20th floor (the lower floors are rented for offices). "What a great property. The facility is new and very well maintained. Stayed in one of their premier suites for four days and found it spacious, comfortable. The stay was during Bangkok's Norovirus shut down, so i had a lot of time on my hands and found the staff fantastic, very helpful."…""What a great property.
