「Staff was friendly and helpful!」

「剛翻新嘅酒店，cozy，靚，舒服，房乾淨同大，開2個大喼都可以，有露台，一打開窗簾就見到Rocky Mountain，泳池同按摩池都好正。行5分鐘就到town center，附近都有餐廳cafe。唯一係廁所浴室好細，要側身入。不過整體都好好，推薦」

「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. 」
