「Rooms were nice and clean. But most of all the customer service was amazing. I had a problem with the heat and they immediately not only apologized but switched me to another room. This is a new hotel, if you are ever in town, I highly recommend. 」

Beds were very comfortable and what I appreciated most was differing pillow firmnesses. Only negative experience was hvac unit inside of the room was louder than I liked.」
