「A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.」

I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it.」

「The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests. The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc. Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved the in room coffee option and treats, and having air conditioning was especially welcome as I visited during the May heat wave. Would definitely stay again.」
