"Parking and accessing the hotel from the parking garage was not optimal. Everything else was as expected and enjoyable. Comfy bed, ample space and a nice bathroom were the highlights."

"Staff was amazing…room was clean, cozy with whimsical decor. Bed was super comfy. Had an amazing breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Was in the perfect location to walk the glass bridge and visit the glass museum. Lemay car museum super close as well. "

"No breakfast menu, clean bed but the rest of the room was pretty warn down, room door was gapped from top to bottom, very noisy inside do too the door being gapped. Door did not seal properly, bathroom faucet was extremely stiff and loose at the base. Rude people talking extremely loud outside late night plus someone had a dog barking in the next room. Hard to sleep. Personally I won't be back. "
