「Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable.」

「The hotel has just been remodeled and everything was clean and new. The breakfast buffet was good, with a number of options. Elsa at the front desk was great! She helped us get checked in early because of a business function that we'd be attending. And then made sure that we had parking in the underground parking lot. She was friendly, professional, and happy. Next time we're going to the Tacoma Dome, we'll stay at this hotel.」

「This was our most disappointing stay in any Days Inn we have ever had. We chose this Days Inn because of it’s close proximity to my nephew’s home. Everything from the door not shutting and wouldn’t lock to the flooded entrance to cigarette butts on the walkways to the unkept breakfast bar was a disappointment. We’ll never stay there again and will be looking elsewhere in the future.」

「The photos on the website are very misleading compared to what you see in person. The room was much smaller than it appeared online. I understand the hotel is rated 6.2, but there should still be some basic standards. The biggest issue was the smell. The hallway leading to my room, and the room itself, had a strong odor of marijuana and possibly other substances. The hallway did not look or feel clean. 「After the recent remodel, this is a great, affordable option. The on site restaurant and bar is fantastic, and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. They did a great job updated this property and is now my go to hotel with an awesome location as well being close to bars and restaurants. 」
