「Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. We arrived late at 8:30pm and at check-in we were upgraded to a suite because of king beds being sold out as we originally reserved. My wife loved the room decor, this suite was the “American Suite” very patriotic and comfortable!! Thank you so much!!」

「Upon check in there was a sign at the front desk to let guests know that the pool and hot tub were not working. There was no indication when it would be reopening and it did not open during the two night weekend stay that I was there. The in room TV did not work, either.
