「Very nice, specious and clean hotel, especially for families that need space. There is a shopping mall (istanbul forum) right next to the hotel with a supermarket on the ground floor and also a big food court on the 3rd floor. There is also a metro literally 2 minutes walk to go into the central places in istanbul. Taxis are also always about if you need to go places. 「The hotel itself was good and the second room we received was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing because of the poor customer service. The air conditioner in our original room was not working, so I contacted the reception for help. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unwilling to assist us, repeatedly saying that no other rooms were available. After struggling for hours in an uncomfortable room, I finally had a serious argument with the manager in the lobby around 11...
